Shipping

UK Delivery:

  • Delivery Time: 2–6 working days after placing and paying for your order. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays, delivery time may be longer.
  • Next Working Day Delivery: Possible for items stocked in our UK warehouse if ordered before 9 am (weekends and holidays are not working days).

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all orders over £149.00.
  • Standard delivery charge of £9.99 for orders under £149.00.
  • Delivery charges include shipping, warehousing, and packaging expenses.

Courier Services:

  • We use various courier services, including DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, EVRI, and Royal Mail, depending on destinations and the type of order.

Tracking:

  • Ensure your delivery address includes a valid mobile number for tracking updates.
  • Once items are shipped from the UK warehouse, the courier service will provide a tracking number for order tracking.

28 Days Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Customers have 28 calendar days to return an unused item in its original packaging from the date they received the order.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by the courier company.
  • A signature must be obtained from an adult at the given delivery address.
  • Under no circumstances will Bebetto UK be liable for delivery if the courier’s driver and customer agree on leaving the delivery in a safe place at the delivery address. In such cases, we will not take responsibility if the customer claims it has not been delivered.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all contents immediately or as soon as possible upon delivery for any mistakes, shortages, or transport damages. If any issues are identified, the customer must contact us by email within a 2-working day period after delivery, providing a full issue description and accompanying photos. Failure to report any such incidents within this specified timeframe may result in them not being considered as damaged or missing during transport.

International Delivery:

  • International delivery is available.

 

Returns

Return Policy:

  • BEBETTO UK is committed to providing the best levels of quality and customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from the Bebetto UK online store or have changed your mind, it can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. Please check your order upon receipt within a 2-working day period to ensure the item is correct.

Conditions for Return:

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Contact us by email at bebetto@bebetto.co.uk to be instructed on the return address.
  • The return must be requested within 28 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all original parts and accessories.
  • Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it is safely returned to us.

When no damage is found after inspection, we will refund the cost of the order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If we collect the item using our courier service, the standard return cost is £21.90 (per box) and will be deducted from the refund balance.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular-priced goods may be returned. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing bebetto@bebetto.co.uk or calling us. If no goods have been dispatched, we will provide a full refund within 7 working days of receiving your notice of cancellation, including any shipping charges you have paid for. If the goods have been dispatched, they must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all original parts and accessories. Please remember that the item remains your responsibility until it is safely returned to us. Once inspected and no damage is found, we will refund the cost of the items. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of item return. If we collect the item using our courier service, the standard return cost for pram, car seats, and accessory returns is £21.90 (per box) and will be deducted from the refund balance.

Faulty Goods:

  • All items are checked before dispatch to prevent sending out faulty goods. However, for items purchased from the Bebetto UK website that were delivered inconsistent with the order or have defects, we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Faulty products must be returned to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • BEBETTO UK will arrange the collection of faulty items at no cost to the customer. Please note that refunds of faulty goods can take up to 7 working days to process once we confirm the item is faulty.
  • If you find a fault with your product outside the 30-day period, please refer to the warranty details. Items damaged due to wear and tear or stored, serviced, or maintained incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
  • For products purchased at third-party retailers, contact the retailer for returns.

Repairs:

Repairs outside your warranty terms and period: If your Bebetto product sustains damage at any time during its lifespan, we may be able to repair it for you. Standard fees will apply. Please contact us for details and a quotation via email at bebetto@bebetto.co.uk.
