Bebetto UK Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Conditions:

The warrantor of Bebetto products is PPH ARO Karoń Sp. J., with its registered office in Poland, business address: ul. Ludowa 265, 42-200 Częstochowa, Poland, KRS entry number: 0000166055, NIP (Tax Identification Number): PL 573-024-20-20 (hereinafter: “Warrantor”). The Warrantor’s authorized representative seated in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is: “UK Authorized Representative: BEBETTO UK,” 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, UK.

Geographical Coverage:

This warranty (hereinafter: “Warranty”) applies to Bebetto-branded products purchased and used in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding British overseas territories. This Warranty is offered to customers who have purchased Bebetto products for private use only (hereinafter: “Consumers”). In addition to this limited Warranty, statutory warranty rights apply.

Warranty Period:

  • 2 years warranty

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Warranty claims should be submitted by email to bebetto@bebetto.co.uk. Include the Type of Goods, Date of purchase or order number, buyer name, together with an indication of the defect description and photos.

Response Time:

  • We will respond to the complaint under the warranty within 5 working days.

Verification and Repair Process:

  • Before repairing the Product, the warrantor will verify the Product.
  • In the case of recognizing the warranty as valid, the warrantor will repair the Product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the defective Product to the warrantor.

Extension and Force Majeure:

  • The deadline for repair may be extended up to 30 working days if spare parts need to be ordered.
  • The Warrantor reserves the right to extend repair periods in cases of force majeure.

Disposal of Replaced Parts:

  • The Warrantor will responsibly dispose of defective parts replaced during repair.

Equivalent Spare Parts:

  • Replacement components utilized during the repair process may originate from an alternate manufacturer, provided they meet or exceed the required technical specifications.

Product Replacement:

  • If repair or replacement of parts proves unfeasible, the Warrantor reserves the right to substitute the claimed Product. Should the Product still be in production or under the possession of the Warrantor, a new, defect-free unit will be provided. In situations where an identical replacement is not available, a comparable Product will be offered, featuring at least equivalent specifications and priced not lower than the original claimed Product at the time of the Consumer’s purchase.

Non-Warranty Repair Costs:

  • If the reported defect falls outside the coverage of the Warranty, the Consumer is responsible for the costs associated with the repair. Prior to initiating any repair action, the Consumer will be notified of the anticipated repair cost, and the repair will proceed only upon the express consent of the Consumer.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • Liability under the warranty covers only defects caused by reasons inherent in the sold Product.
  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, improper exploitation, damages caused by failure to observe operating instructions, modified products, unauthorized repairs, or damage resulting from negligence or accident.

Courtesy Pram Service Terms & Conditions

At BEBETTO UK, we understand that a pram is an essential item for your family’s daily routine. To ensure you never miss a step, we offer a Courtesy Pram Service for customers requiring repair or warranty service for their purchased pram. Below are the terms and conditions of this service:


The Courtesy Pram Service is available to customers whose prams are under warranty and have been purchased directly from BEBETTO UK.

The service is offered only when the customer’s pram requires repair or servicing that will take longer than 4 days.

Terms of Service:

The courtesy pram is provided free of charge as a temporary replacement while the customer’s pram is being serviced or repaired.

The make and model of the courtesy pram will be selected by BEBETTO UK based on availability. We cannot guarantee a like-for-like replacement.

The courtesy pram is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.


The courtesy pram is lent for a maximum period of 3 weeks, or until the customer’s pram has been repaired or serviced, whichever comes first.

The customer is expected to use the courtesy pram with care and return it in the condition it was provided, barring normal wear and tear.

Any damages or excessive dirtiness may result in a cleaning or repair fee.

Collection & Return:

The courtesy pram will be delivered to the customer at the expense of BEBETTO UK to their confirmed address within the geographical coverage warranty territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding British Overseas Territories.

The customer is responsible for returning the courtesy pram to BEBETTO UK at their own cost.

The courtesy pram must be returned on the agreed date or upon completion of the repair/service of the customer’s pram, whichever is earlier.


BEBETTO UK is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising from the use of the courtesy pram.

The customer agrees to indemnify BEBETTO UK against any claims, costs, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of the use of the courtesy pram.

By accepting the use of a courtesy pram, customers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. This service is part of our commitment to ensuring that your family remains mobile and happy, even when facing the inconvenience of a repair or service.
